Gide advises ISALT and RAISE Impact in connection with the LBO on Pearltrees Éducation

Gide advised ISALT and RAISE Impact in connection with the primary LBO on Pearltrees Éducation (Broceliand SAS), the leading French EdTech company with more than 1.5 million users in French middle and high schools. ISALT, through the Fonds Stratégique des Transitions, is acquiring a 46% stake in the group, while RAISE Sustainable Value, managed by RAISE Impact, is becoming a shareholder with a 31% interest.
