Gide advises Redkom Development on the sale of a modern, 2,300 sqm cross-dock logistics facility located in Olsztyn

The property has been fully leased to one of the world’s leading logistics operators since November 2025.

The buyer is an entity managed by Epsicap REIM – a French real estate investment management company specialising in the logistics and industrial sectors.

The transaction was led by Rafał Osetek, Counsel at Gide’s Warsaw office.
