Gide advised several leading American and European investors in connection with the $1 billion fundraising of Advanced Machine Intelligence Labs, the start-up founded by Yann LeCun, former Chief AI Scientist at Meta, based on a $3.5 billion pre-money valuation.
Three different Gide teams worked on the transaction, led respectively by partners Louis Oudot de Dainville and David-James Sebag, and counsel Donald Davy.
