Gide Advises Léon Grosse on the Acquisition of Grupo IC
Gide advised Léon Grosse, a diversified construction group, on the acquisition of Grupo IC, a leading Spanish company specializing in interior fit-out for the retail and luxury sectors.
With this acquisition, carried out as part of its Cap 2030 strategic plan, Léon Grosse continues its international expansion and strengthens its diversification strategy. This transaction marks a key milestone in the Group’s strategy, which aims to generate more than 20% of its revenue outside France by 2030.
