Gide on the new issue of European Green Bonds (EuGB) of €1 billion by Île-de-France Mobilités

Gide assisted Île-de-France Mobilités on a new issue of European Green Bonds (“EuGB”) under its EMTN Programme, for an aggregate principal amount of €1 billion, listed on Euronext Paris.

The funds raised through this issue will be used to finance or refinance fixed assets and/or capital expenditure related to the eligible activities described in Île-de-France Mobilités’ European Green Bond Factsheet.

The syndicate of banks comprised BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft, HSBC Continental Europe, Nomura Financial Products Europe GmbH and Société Générale.
