Gide advised Veolia on its €2.5 billion multi tranche notes issuances

Gide has advised Veolia on its €2.5 billion multi tranche notes issuances.

The first tranche has a principal amount of €950 million with an annual coupon of 3.209% and mature in 2031, the second tranche has a principal amount of €900 million with an annual coupon of 3.639% and mature in 2034 and the third tranche has a principal amount of €650 million with an annual coupon of 4.052% and mature in 2038.

The notes issuances have been oversubscribed with a peak orderbook in excess of €10.5 billion. Veolia plans to use the proceeds for the company’s general corporate purposes.
