Gide advises B & Capital on the acquisition of DWS
Gide advised B & Capital, a French investment fund, on the acquisition of a minority stake in Decor Worlds Services (DWS), a French company specialising in the design, assembly and deployment of laser engraving personalisation solutions for leading luxury brands.
This transaction represents the seventh investment completed by the RB Capital France 2 fund.
The Gide team comprised partner Antoine de la Gatinais, counsel, Julien Negroni, associates, Charlotte Fourgous and Sabrina Mecherouh, on the corporate aspects; partner Paul de France and associate Manon Lorthiois, on tax aspects; and partner Nathalie Benoit and associate Aude Fourgassie, on the financing aspects.
