Aude Fourgassié is an associate in Gide's Banking & Finance team in Paris, specialising in acquisition and corporate finance.

Its activities focus mainly on acquisition and corporate finance. She advises lenders (credit institutions and debt funds) as well as borrowers and sponsors on corporate and acquisition finance, including syndicated financing, leveraged financing and debt restructuring.

She is a graduate of Université Paris Ouest Nanterre la Défense (2016) and UCLA School of Law (2016). Aude was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018 and to the New York Bar in 2017.
