Gide has advised CIC Private Debt in connection with the successful pricing of its new Victory Street II CLO, a Collateralised Loan Obligation vehicle totalling €355 million.

This marks CIC Private Debt’s second European CLO following the pricing of its inaugural CLO in November 2024, on which Gide also advised.
