Emmanuel, attorney at the Paris Bar, is an associate within the Banking & Finance practice of the Paris office.
He specializes in advising credit institutions, finance companies, investment firms, payment institutions, and electronic money institutions on the legislative and regulatory framework applicable to their activities. He also assists these institutions in judicial or disciplinary proceedings before the Autorité des Marchés Financiers or the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution.
He holds a Magistère Juriste d'Affaires – DJCE from Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas (2021) and an LL.M. in Business Law and Economics (2023), jointly awarded by Erasmus University Rotterdam and the University of Hamburg.
