Sabrina Mecherouh is an associate in Gide's Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions team in Paris.

She advises investors and companies with high growth potential on acquisitions, disposals and acquisitions. She is also involved in LBOs on behalf of investment funds, particularly in the industrial sector.

Sabrina recently assisted the investment funds B&Capital and Investindustrial with the acquisition of stakes in French companies. She also assisted ICCF Group in its strategic partnership with the Kering group.

She is a graduate of the Grande École programme at HEC Paris and holds a Master's degree in Business Law and Taxation from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
