The Gide team was composed of partners Antoine de la Gatinais in Paris and Fan Jiannian in Shanghai, assisted by associates Axel Azoulay and Sabrina Mecherouh in Paris and LI Jing in Shanghai on the M&A aspects; and partner Sophie Scemla, counsel Arnaud van de Putte and associate Diane Paillot de Montabert on compliance aspects.
