Alexandre Letranchant is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions team at Gide in Paris.

He primarily advises listed and private companies on mergers and acquisitions transactions, as well as on corporate law and governance matters.

Alexandre recently took part in a strategic transaction involving the opening of the share capital of a French investment fund to international investors, as well as in a take-private transaction concerning a technology company, advising both the target company and the bidder.

Alexandre has completed several internships with leading French and Anglo-Saxon law firms. He holds a Master 2 in Business Law and an LL.M. in Banking and Finance Law, both from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2026.
