Anton Etchegoyhen is an associate in Gide's Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions team in Paris.

His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures, investments and restructuring operations, and more generally on corporate law issues.

He holds a Master 2 in Business and Tax Law (DJCE) and a U.S. Law diploma from the University of Lyon. He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2025.
