Gide advises the lenders on the financing of Ardian’s acquisition of MasterGrid
Gide advised Crédit Industriel et Commercial, HSBC Continental Europe and The Governor and Company of the Bank of Ireland on the financing implemented in connection with Ardian’s acquisition of the MasterGrid group.
MasterGrid is a provider of maintenance services and engineering solutions for electrical infrastructures, as well as a manufacturer of proprietary equipment for high and extra-high voltage substations. Its activities contribute to the reliability and modernization of power networks, at the heart of the energy transition.
The Gide team was composed of partners Eric Cartier-Millon and Nathalie Benoit, with associate Caroline Nguyen Huu, on the financing aspects, and partner Magali Buchert, with associate Charles Ghuysen, on the tax aspects.
