François Legrand

François Legrand is an associate in Gide's Structured Finance team in Paris.
He works on structured finance transactions, mainly in real estate and project finance. He advises all types of borrower or lender at all stages of the structuring or restructuring, contractual drafting and negotiation of complex financing or refinancing transactions.
François holds a Master 2 in Business Law from Toulouse Capitole University and an LLB in English Law from the University of London. He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2026.
