Matteo Dabaghian is an associate in the International Arbitration practice of Gide in Paris.
Matteo acts as counsel and secretary to arbitral tribunals in international arbitration proceedings conducted under the auspices of various arbitration centers (ICC, ICSID, PCA, and CEPANI) in the defense, mining, oil and gas, construction and real estate sectors. Matteo also acts as counsel before French courts in the annulment and enforcement proceedings of arbitral awards.
Matteo is currently representing the French Republic in an UNCITRAL arbitration based on the France-Russia bilateral investment treaty and relating to mining concessions. He is also advising a Saudi company in an ICC arbitration relating to the non-performance of a commercial agent contract in the defence industry.
Matteo is a graduate of Université Paris-Saclay (Master II in International Business Law) and Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master I in Business Law, Bachelor of Laws and a University Diploma in Common Law).
