Romane Chaumeil is an associate in Gide’s Structured Finance team in Paris.

She advises on structured finance transactions, primarily in the areas of real estate finance, acquisition and corporate finance, and project finance. She advises all types of lenders and borrowers at every stage of structuring or restructuring, as well as on the drafting and negotiation of complex financing or refinancing transactions.

Romane holds a Master’s degree in banking and finance law from Paris Dauphine University. She joined the Paris Bar in 2026.
