Hugues Moreau is a partner specialising in corporate/M&A and real assets (property, logistics, hospitality, F&B, retail and infrastructure).

He assists domestic and international operators with all the legal issues involved in the value creation chain in these sectors: mergers & acquisitions, relocations, investments & arbitration, operations & asset management (leases, HMA, franchises, etc.). Our expertise also extends to the structuring of joint ventures and investment vehicles, both regulated and unregulated.

Since 2000, Hugues has been involved in numerous projects relating to the acquisition, disposal or enhancement of assets, private equity (venture capital and private equity) and international expansion (notably on behalf of investors, property and infrastructure developers or operators, players in the hotel, food and beverage and leisure sectors, as well as leaders in the luxury, fashion, hospitality and digital economy (data centres) sectors, logistics and defence.

Hugues is a member of the Paris Bar and holds an MST in Franco-English Business Law, a DESS in Business Law, a DJCE, a specialisation certificate in international trade law and a Master of Laws LLM) in international business law.
