Gide has advised CIC Private Debt on the structuring of the fund CIC Debt Fund 5, a private debt fund oriented towards the financing of unlisted European companies.

CIC Debt Fund 5 is a French specialised financing vehicle (organisme de financement spécialisé) structured as a mutual fund (fonds commun de placement) and aims to contribute to the financing of several unlisted European companies through the origination of loans, the purchase of unmatured loan receivables and the subscription to debt securities.

CIC Debt Fund 5 promotes environmental and/or social characteristics within the meaning of Article 8 of the Disclosure Regulation (2019/2088) and is open to professional investors.
