Gide advises EMERGENCE on the appointment of Lemanik Asset Management as management company (ManCo) of the SICAV

EMERGENCE is an investment fund established at the initiative of French institutional investors to support the incubation and growth of emerging asset management companies. The fund provides these managers with capital with a view to fostering their development.

EMERGENCE is a SICAV managed by Lemanik Asset Management, divided into five sub-funds whose portfolio management has been delegated to New Alpha Asset Management.

The Gide team was composed of partners Benjamin Delaunay and Stéphane Puel, and associates Myriam Danicourt and Pierre-Louis Riou on the legal and regulatory aspects of the project .
