Gide advises on the setting up of La Banque Postale Home Loan SFH

Gide Loyrette Nouel advised La Banque Postale and Natixis, as arranger, for the setting up of the société de financement de l’habitat La Banque Postale Home Loan SFH and its €10,000,000,000 Medium Term Note programme for the issue of obligations de financement de l’habitat (covered bonds) (the “Programme”).

On 11 September 2013, La Banque Postale Home Loan SFH assisted by Gide Loyrette Nouel issued its first series of obligations de financement de l’habitat under the Programme for an amount of €1,000,000,000 rated AAA by Standard & Poor’s. The joint lead managers for this transaction were assisted by CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre.

The Gide team comprised Christine Van Gallebaert (partner), Judith Rousvoal and Arnaud Lacroux in respect of the legal structuring aspects and the drafting of the SFH operating documentation and Hubert du Vignaux (partner), Laetitia Jouglain, Bastien Raisse and Romain Querenet de Breville for the capital market aspects.
