Gide has advised the joint lead managers BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB, Natixis and Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking on the issue and admission to trading on Euronext Paris of the Eramet EUR 400 million 4.5 per cent. due 2020 inaugural bond issuance. This operation is the first listed bond issuance of Eramet.
