Gide on the issuance of € 500 million bonds by SAGESS
Gide advised Merrill Lynch International, BNP Paribas, HSBC France and Natixis, as joint lead managers, on the issuance of its € 500 million fixed rate bonds due 2027, admitted to trading on the Euronext Paris market by SAGESS. Clifford Chance advised SAGESS.
