Jade Beriot is an associate within Gide's structured finance team in Paris

It is involved in structured finance transactions, mainly LBO, acquisition and corporate financing and debt restructuring. It acts on behalf of credit institutions, debt funds, sponsors and industrial groups. Jade gratuated in bank and finance law from the University of Toulouse Capitole. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2024.
