Sarah Rahim was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019 and specialises in criminal and commercial litigation.
She is involved in a wide range of criminal business law cases (corruption, breach of trust, abuse of corporate assets, market abuse, deception, etc.) and press law cases (defamation, etc.), at all stages of the criminal proceedings (preliminary investigation, investigation, trial phase).
She also assists the firm's clients, at the pre-litigation and litigation stages, in the context of civil and commercial disputes involving, in particular, issues of financial law, corporate law and civil enforcement proceedings.
She assists and advises major French and foreign companies, in particular banking and financial institutions, as well as their managers.
Sarah holds a Master's degree in Business Law from the University of Paris Dauphine (2016) and graduated from the Grande Ecole programme of Grenoble Ecole de Management (2017). She speaks French and English.
