Foulques de Rostolan, a partner of the firm, has extensive expertise in restructuring operations and transfers of undertakings (collective redundancies, voluntary departure plans, outsourcing, etc.), the management of collective work relations, variable remuneration plans (bonus plans, mandatory and optional profit-sharing agreements, stock option plans and free shares) and executive management issues. He regularly assists clients with employment-related issues within the scope of corporate operations (mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, privatizations, etc.) and collective procedures (job preservation, turnaround, liquidation).
Foulques de Rostolan has recently advised various foreign groups (in industry segments as diverse as the metal industry, the transport sector and the energy sector) on issues of downsizing and site closures in France. He has also advised clients on the various legal aspects of employee transfers within the scope of sales of businesses, service provider insourcing, operator successions and reorganizations of groups of companies. For several years, he has been assisting industrial companies with litigation cases against former employees of subsidiaries that were shut down. He also represents clients within the scope of litigation relating to the information and consultation of their staff representative bodies.
He graduated from HEC and holds a post-graduate diploma (DESS) in International Taxation (Paris II). He joined the Firm in 2001 and became a partner in 2012
