Event | International Arbitration | Cambridge Arbitration Days
On 2 April, Rupert Reece, head of Gide London's International Dispute Resolution team and alumnus of The University of Cambridge, will participate in the University's annual 'Cambridge Arbitration Days' (CAD).
The event will comprise two days of vibrant discussions on issues and developments in international arbitration. The overarching theme for the event is ‘Contemporary Issues in International Arbitration’, with the goal to discuss issues arising in such sub-fields of international arbitration as sports arbitration, construction arbitration, investment arbitration, and commercial arbitration.
Rupert will join a panel focused on construction arbitration. He will speak about multi-tier dispute resolution clauses - are they more trouble than they are worth?
