Gide has advised Reworld Media on the proposed acquisition of the media assets and digital activities of Unify's Publishers division in France and the UK.
The acquisition project concerns twelve digital brands, some of which are among the most emblematic in France (Aufeminin, Marmiton, Doctissimo, Les Numériques, Minute Buzz, Fraîches, Juste Mieux, Hero, Super Bon, Paroles de Maman, Gamekult, Beauté Test). The proposed acquisition also concerns the audiovisual production activities under the Garage brand and the social and influence activities of Studio Fy, as well as the advertising department of Unify Advertising. Lastly, Reworld Media will continue its international development by acquiring two digital media companies operating in the UK: Netmums and Sofeminine
