Gide and IKT, counsel to Société Générale Côte d’Ivoire on the construction of a property complex in Abidjan-Cocody

The complex, which will be promoted and operated by PFO Immobilier, will be integrated to the Sofitel Hôtel Ivoire site, and will offer rental space covering over 17,000 sq.m.. Once operational, the Ivoire Trade Center will be the first EDGE-certified operational business centre in Côte d’Ivoire, which guarantees controlled water and energy use.
