Gilles Saint Marc appointed Chair of the Legal & Regulatory workgroup of the AFG’s Securitisation Commission

Gilles Saint Marc has been appointed Chair of the “Juridique & Réglementaire” (Legal & Regulatory) workgroup, part of the Securitisation Commission set up by the Association Française de la Gestion Financière (French Association for Financial Management).

This association numbers over 600 portfolio management companies and implemented this permanent commission within the context of developing “no-intermediaries” finance in France.
