Said Jean-François Levraud, Managing Partner.

Cécile Bienvenu-Luc is a graduate of Paris Dauphine University with more than 30 years’ experience of working in challenging environments. She has acquired a reputation for her expertise in structuring organisations and performance management. After starting her career in direct marketing (France Abonnements), she held positions as CFO in the telecom sector (SFR, Virgin Mobile), before becoming General Secretary of PwC France & Maghreb and then CFO in the international groups Videlio (audiovisual) and Lefebvre (publishing), where she was responsible for finance, procurement, corporate law, taxation, M&A and human resources. She joins Gide as COO with the objective of overseeing the firm’s organisation, implementing its strategy and strengthening the overall performance.

I am honoured to join Gide, a firm that is driven by excellence, international ambition and sustainable growth. Our ability to transform and develop while preserving the source of our communal strength will be decisive in a highly competitive environment.

said Cécile Bienvenu-Luc.

After graduating from HEC and obtaining a Master’s in Employment law from Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University, Delphine Schoffler began her career in consulting (Exton Consulting then Boston Consulting Group) where she assisted major corporate groups with their HR and transformation projects. She was subsequently appointed Human Resources Manager at the Cité du Vin, and then Human Resources Director for cybersecurity software provider Wallix.

The challenge we face today is how we can change our HR practices to keep pace with the firm’s growth. I am convinced that developing our talents and the attractiveness of our culture will be key levers when it comes to expanding the firm, in France and abroad.
