Gide on the issuance of notes due 2021 by Newrest Group Holding SA
Gide advised Kepler Capital Markets as arranger for the issuance of € 40 million French law notes due 2021, admitted to trading on the Euro MTF market of the Bourse de Luxembourg by Newrest Group Holding SA, a Spanish law company. Law firm Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira advised on the Spanish law aspects. This transaction is the first Euro PP bond issuance by a Spanish entity.
