Gide, counsel to Groupe Bruxelles Lambert on the acquisition of a majority stake in the Webhelp group
International law firms Gide and Linklaters advise the Belgian holding company Groupe Bruxelles Lambert (GBL), which has entered into exclusive negotiations for the acquisition of the Webhelp group, a world leader in customer experience and business process outsourcing.
As a result of this transaction, GBL would acquire a majority stake in Webhelp, 100% enterprise value being €2.4 billion.
The Gide team is led by partners Olivier Diaz and Charles de Reals, with associate Aurore Martinelli, on M&A / Corporate aspects.
The Linklaters team, headed by M&A partner Marc Petitier, has also been involved in financing, structure and due diligence processes.
