Gide, counsel to Comuto (BlaBlaCar) on raising USD 100 million funds

Gide has advised Comuto (BlaBlaCar), the largest long-distance car sharing community in the world, on raising funds to an amount of USD 100 million. Investment fund Index Ventures is leading the funding round, with existing investors Accel Partners, ISAI and Lead Edge Capital contributing.

This fundraising aims to help develop inter-city car sharing on a world scale.
