Gide, counsel to ASF (Vinci Autoroutes) in connection with the Toulouse–Castres motorway link project

In a decision dated 30 December 2025, the Toulouse Administrative Court of Appeal overturned the judgment of the Toulouse Administrative Court of 27 February 2025 and fully upheld the lawfulness of the prefectoral orders granting environmental authorisations for the A69/A680 project.

Gide’s Environment team represented ASF (Vinci Autoroutes) in this highly publicised litigation, which was critical to the completion of the project. The team comprised Jean-Nicolas Clément, partner, Alice Bouillié, of counsel, and Camille Fromentin, associate.
