Gide advised the banks in connection with the issue of EUR 500 million senior notes by SEB

Gide advised the bank syndicate composed of BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Crédit Industriel et Commercial S.A., HSBC Continental Europe and Natixis in connection with the issue by SEB of EUR 500 million senior notes, with a fixed coupon of 3.625%, due 2030. The notes have been admitted to trading on Euronext Paris.
