Gide advised banks on financing for The Boost Society

Gide advised the six European banks, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB, HSBC Continental Europe, ING Bank N.V., Natixis CIB and Société Générale, in connection with the financing granted to The Boost Society, a European coliving specialist, for the refinancing of its existing portfolio and its development.

The Gide team comprised Rémi Tabbagh, partner, Eric Bolis, counsel, Nolan Condette, associate for the financing aspects, and Julien Aillet, of counsel for the tax aspects.

The lenders were also advised by Wargny Katz & Associés (Stéphane Carlier).
