Gide advised Tikehau Investment Management on the launch of the ‘Tikehau Défense et Sécurité’ fund, a private equity fund dedicated to European Defense and Security

Gide has advised Tikehau Investment Management (“Tikehau”) on the structuring of the ‘Tikehau Défense et Sécurité’ fund, a private equity fund dedicated to European Defense and Security and in obtaining the ELTIF authorization with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.

This fund aims to invest in companies in the French and European aviation and cybersecurity sectors, by carrying out primary operations, secondary transactions, and entering into co-investment transactions.

This fund was launched in cooperation with Société Générale Assurances, CNP Assurances, and the Carac group, benefits from the opening of the scheme introduced by the Loi Industrie Verte and will be referenced as a unit-linked contracts with insurers.
