Gide assisted IDIA Capital Investissement in structuring CAA Avenir & Territoires, a French fonds commun de placement à risques (FCPR), which aims to support SMEs and mid-sized companies (ETIs) across diverse sectors in meeting their long-term financing needs through equity and quasi-equity instruments.

CAA Avenir & Territoires is an evergreen fonds commun de placement à risques (FCPR) designed to strengthen support for local SMEs and ETIs across various sectors through equity and quasi-equity investments to address their long-term financing requirements. The fund seeks to reconcile the economic development of regions with value creation for its investors. It also aims to provide structured non-financial support through strategic levers such as ESG performance, cybersecurity, digitalization, and external growth, thereby sustainably supporting the growth of regional players.
