Gide has advised Clint Capital on the structuring of the fund Cassidy, a multi-strategy fund of funds specializing in artificial intelligence investments.
Cassidy is a professional private equity fund (FPCI) and will cover all classes of private assets to invest across the entire value chain of the theme. The portfolio will comprise a listed fund, several digital infrastructure funds, and private equity funds focused on growth and major technological transformations.
