Gide advises World Fund and Kindred Capital on Lithosquare’s €22 million fundraising

Gide advised World Fund and Kindred Capital on their investment in Lithosquare, as part of a €22 million seed funding round. The transaction also included participation from Daphni, Omnes Capital and Ovni Capital. Gide acted as co-counsel alongside Marriott Harrison.

 Founded in 2024 by Aymeric Préveral-Etcheverry (CEO, mining engineer) and Simon Leclair, Lithosquare is developing an AI-powered augmented geology platform designed to accelerate the discovery of critical metal deposits (copper, lithium, nickel), which are essential for the energy transition and the development of digital infrastructure.
