Gide advises Union Investment Real Estate France on the sale of its Arc de Seine building

Gide advised Union Investment Real Estate France on the EUR 220-million sale of its Arc de Seine building, located in Paris’ 13th arrondissement, to Allianz Real Estate France. The building, whose lease was recently renewed, covers over 20,000 m² of office space and 1,400 m² of retail outlets at street level. Its main leaseholder is Natixis.
