Gide advises the lenders on the financing of Ardian Expansion’s acquisition of the Fermax Group

Gide advised the lenders on the financing implemented to support the acquisition by Ardian of the Fermax Group, a leading Spanish manufacturer and provider of connected intercom, video intercom and access control systems for residential and commercial buildings, by Ardian Expansion.

The Gide team was composed of partner Nathalie Benoit, with associate Jade Bériot, on the financing aspects.
