Gide advises TEB Asset Management on the acquisition of ING Portföy in Turkey
The transaction was closed on 31 May 2019 after obtaining all regulatory approvals.
TEB Asset Management is expecting the combined asset size of both companies (totalling 9 billion Turkish lira in the first quarter of 2019) to keep growing as a consequence of the synergies resulting from this acquisition, and is aiming to become one of the leading asset managers on the Turkish market.
