Gide advises Sofinnova Partners on the structuring of the Sofinnova Capital XI Co-Invest I vehicle.

Gide has advised Sofinnova Partners on the structuring of a parallel fund to the Sofinnova Capital XI strategy, dedicated to early-stage biotech and medtech, which has raised €650 million.
