Gide advised n10c in connection with the recomposition of its share capital, including the entry of ISAI, and the completion of two external growth transactions involving Dataouest, based in Normandy, and APIXIS, based in Toulouse.

A managed IT services group dedicated to SMEs and mid-caps, n10c aims to bring together regional MSPs (“Managed Services Providers”) and support them through their next phase of growth, while preserving their brand and local roots.
