Gide advises Mistral AI on its first financing, amounting to approximately USD 830 million, to operate a data center in the Paris region in Bruyères-le-Châtel (France)
The financing consists of two tranches of approximately USD 720 million and EUR 94 million, respectively, and was made available to Mistral AI by a syndicate of leading banks (BNP Paribas, Bpifrance, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, HSBC Continental Europe, La Banque Postale, MUFG Bank Ltd., and Natixis).
This financing will contribute to funding Mistral AI’s acquisition of 13,800 NVIDIA GB300 GPUs and the development of its computing capacity in connection with the operation of the Bruyères-le-Châtel data center, which will notably be made available to Nvidia in relation to the Nvidia Blackwell Architecture.
