Gide advised Isai Expansion and Ternel on the LBO of HomeExchange structured by Verlinvest, together with the company’s founders and long-standing executives, as well as with the Ternel fund (Capital Croissance), a reference shareholder of the group since 2015, which is reinvesting as part of this transaction.

HomeExchange, the global leader in home exchange, is thus opening a new chapter that will enable it to develop its differentiated offerings—particularly by enriching its HomeExchange Collection, dedicated to exceptional properties—and to continue expanding its community, already active in 155 countries, with the ambition of strengthening its leading position in its historical markets.
