Gide advises Cervinvest Capital on its investment in the CXG group

Gide advised Cervinvest Capital in connection with its minority investment in the CXG group, alongside its management team.

For more than 20 years, CXG has been one of the world’s leading providers of customer experience solutions for luxury houses and premium brands. Serving more than 220 brands across 85 countries, CXG helps them enhance the in-store customer experience and supports them in their transformation.

This partnership with Cervinvest Capital marks a new chapter in CXG’s development, which will foster growth opportunities, notably through the acquisition of new clients, expansion into adjacent sectors and technological innovation.

The Gide team was composed of partners Olivier Deren, Charlotte Dupont and Paul de France, and associates Axel Azoulay, Manon Lorthiois and Rhita Khaledi.
